BALLROOM BASH: Cicardi Bruce, chairman of the 1904 World's Fair Charitable Foundation, and Rae Cardwell, foundation board member, are co-hosting a 60th birthday party for Rich Pisani (foundation prez) and a fundraiser for the Lou Brock Foundation beginning at 7 p.m. March 3 at the Casa Loma Ballroom. Brock and his wife, Jackie, are ordained ministers and elders at Abundant Life Fellowship Church in St. Louis. They were officially appointed by Gov. Matt Blunt on Valentine's Day as co-chairs of the 1904 foundation's honorary advisory board.
